"The communication, automation, and logistics were all incredible. Jeff Lynch was great to work with. He kept me informed, gave me realistic expectations, and then pleasantly surprised me by exceeding them. The original estimated complete date seemed very reasonable to me, based on the fact that we were at the Christmas holiday, and they beat it by more than two weeks. I know this is not going to happen for every customer, but I truly appreciated it. Caliber and my insurance company, USAA, took what is generally an annoying experience and made it easy and somehow not annoying. Jeff minimized my inconvenience to the greatest extent possible. Shout out to Enterprise as well for just showing up with a car so I didn’t have to make an extra trip. I also appreciated the text updates and filling out all the paperwork ahead of time online (part of the automation mentioned above). Great job all around. A+"
"I’m thrilled with Caliber Collision! My car was ready a week ahead of schedule. I received an update every day on the status. All the repairs and costs were laid out ahead of time in detail. And my car looks amazing!!! Just like new! I was over the moon with the great service and work done by Matt & team! Especially considering my daughter’s car was stuck at another body shop for two months waiting for parts and repair. This experience was such a pleasant surprise!!!!"
