"I needed a driver’s side headlight replaced. I knew it would be a bit since the fuse box needed to be moved to replace it. However, I was not expecting their $105.06 estimate! They wanted to charge $82 for labor. I immediately asked for my keys back and said no thank you. I took my car to a local auto shop this morning. It was finished in 20 minutes and for only $51.31 total. I get that you have to pay for quality work, but I don’t appreciate being ripped off."

"I recently visited Firestone for a complete vehicle inspection. The staff was friendly, and the facility was clean, which were positives. However, my experience took a downturn when they recommended exchanging my brake fluid, despite having changed it just last year. Similarly, they suggested a coolant fluid change, even though I had that serviced at the Toyota dealer two years ago. It makes me question if they thoroughly inspected my fluids or just followed a standard checklist. If they bothered to check my car's Carfax report, they would have seen the recent maintenance. This oversight raises concerns about the thoroughness of their inspections, and it's a significant issue for any repair shop. Unfortunately, due to this, I won't be returning to Firestone."

"Gotta say we're quite disappointed. We came in for an estimate on the breaks and we're told pads and rotors on the rear were $700. Thinking this wasn't the issue, we asked several times what about the front and were told they were in perfect shape. Well, come to find out, the rear didn't need replaced but the front pads were completely bare and needed replaced. Doesn't feel good to go to a national name mechanic shop and feel not only are prices quite higher than competitors but they were unequivocally wrong on the issue. It's getting harder and harder every day to find good and honest companies to work with."
