"We came home last night after a month out of town. Because of the freeze the garage door wouldn’t open. On the second attempt two screws from the j-bar separated from the door. We called Precision this morning and were told the be out between 4 & 7. Royal called and arrived before 4. Royal explained our options and inspected our door and opener.
