"I was in there to have my cell phone battery replaced. I made the appointment online and had to change it to a different time and was able to call Batteries Plus and make the change easily. I was not told it would take 2 hours and the phone would have to be left. This is my only negative comment. The battery was replaced in the phone and it was right at 2 hours when they called me to say I could come and pick it up."

"They did an awesome job and inexpensively compared to everywhere else I looked! Most places quoted me $169 to replace my iPhone screen and then they warned me because of how my phone cracked I may need a new home button and even with that the Touch ID may still not work costing me in the mid $200s. Batteries Plus didn’t even bat an eye when they saw my phone and had it fixed perfectly for $110 in an hour! If my screen breaks again I will definitely go back!"
