"Had a cervical fusion and a very gentle, good looking, blue-eyed man, fitted me for a neck brace. Very courteous and informative staff. Thank you so much."
"Horrible place! Smells like a bar...STRONG smell of cigarette smoke! Not professional at all, junk stacked everywhere! Was the only patient there at the time, about 10 mins later another guy walks in. Doctor leaves me and my 10 month old daughter, who he was evaluating, to talk to this guy for 15-20 mins about NASCAR! Extremely pissed off!! Will NOT be going back! *The big open room is where we were being seen...the room in the back looked to be under construction. In the second photo is where we had to sit so my daughter could be evaluated! Hard to find room to sit with all the junk laying around!"
"Horrible Customer Service. Went in for a brace, nurse suggested I try a new type from a returning sales rep instead of leaving with one that day. I have called 4 times in the past 5 weeks to see what is happening. No one knows. They take my number and promise to return my call. No one has ever called with information. My Doctor was not pleased and I was told by one of his staff that they have had a lot of patients complain that this company does not return calls. I had to get a new prescription and go somewhere else. I lost 5 weeks because nobody at this business could take the time to look into where my braces were, or simply take the time to call and let me know."
