"I really like this place the staff is so kind and my therapist Heather has been so helpful to me. Today I got a letter stating if I cancel an appointment late like same day 3Xs they would drop me as a client. I would understand if these were no call no shows but they aren’t. You would think that a mental health facility would understand that people who have mental health issues are forgetful sometimes or literally don’t have the strength to get up and go mentally or physically. I think you should review your policy and maybe make some changes so it feels more compassionate."

"Staff is nice. I always felt welcome there. Therapy sessions always helped me and I felt I was beginning to have a great friendship with my therapist. However they dropped me as a client due to missed appointments and never informed me, essentially ghosting me. I made them aware upfront that my disability makes it difficult to remember appointments and they told me it wouldn't be an issue. I am now wondering how I'm going to get therapy (if i can muster up the courage again) because they're one of the only offices that takes my insurance with therapists that would suit my needs. Im also now rushing to get a surgery recommendation letter for a consultation a month away. TLDR; great place to go to, but if you have issues with remembering appointments etc, go somewhere else."
