"I use to live at this apartment complex and I hated it, last summer there were 4 shootings that occurred within there neighborhood plus there was a ton of drama that needed to stay Far Away from the complex. Whenever I moved out of this place the landlord told me that I would be getting my deposit check in the mail within 45 business days from the date I moved out in October; 6 months later I still Do Not have my deposit check in the mail. Also they are extremely difficult to get in contact with."

"Visited someone who lived here on a consistent basis last year. Absolutely one of the worst places you could live in Fort Wayne. Avoid this place. Even if you need subsidized housing, you can do better than East Central Towers."
