"I was going to rent at this place. Manager would not accept my ESA PAPERWORK. Tried to get my husband and I to pay over $800.00 a year to keep them with us. Even put it in the lease. I would recommend that if you have ESA PAPERWORK. Make them accept it. It is federal law! Also feels like a concentration camp. NO THANK YOU."

"I am hearing no complaints from my mother in law. It is clean and easy to navigate. Two bedrooms and a nice bathroom central to the entire place. I cannot speak for costs but she has no complaints so I assume it's affordable. The neighbors and their families are always friendly when we are visiting. She is happy overall and that is what matters to us. :)"
