"Dirty with a smell, its not public housing, it's how it's ran. To bad tenets aren't held accountable for their actions. Cameras are everywhere, but the management looks at the tenets them and those people. Why are exterior lighting on 24 /7? Faucets are allowed to leak so what I gather from this is the electricity on the exterior of the building is free because the lights are always on and water is free because faucets are allowed to leak, once again it's not the public housing it's the way it's ran and accountability for both the tenants and the management."
