"I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with our new BAM Property Management staff, Natalie, Sidney and Isaiah. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that we have an optimal living environment. Thank you to the maintenance staff, Jay, Aaron and Aaron. We intend to continue renting from The Flats at Fishers for the remainder of this years and into next. I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming to the Fishers area looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with BAM and The Flats, it’s all in the service. We couldn’t be happier!"

"The maintenance team here… Jay, Aaron and Aaron and amazing. They have helped us on so many occasions with different minor things. Very personable and they care about the residents here!! It’s fun to see them driving the golf carts around and give them a wave. They deserve way more recognition for being the back bone of keeping this place running! We love our maintenance support staff!!!"

"Edit: well, I didn't expect that. The person at BAM called me back right away and was super helpful and understanding. Maybe I just caught the manager at the property at the wrong time. I will say that they are very strict on late fees. So, don't play around with the billing. Call and make sure you understand everything with auto pay, when the bill comes out, paying your balance vs a certain amount to cover utilities, etc. Upgrading this to a 3 star because of my interaction with upper management. Hoping that the person's demeanor I ultimately spoke with filters down to the staff at Flats at Fishers. Nice place to live, management is difficult to deal with. When I first moved in there was a different management team. That's where almost all of these 5 star reviews come from. That team, from my experience (which was relatively limited, never had any issues with them) was very good. Then a new management team came in. BAM is the management team and I assume it's BAM Management that is the company that runs the place now. Had multiple issues with them and their billing system in the transition as well as customer service. I pre-paid for the first month so I wouldn't have any late fees. The following month is when I set up auto billing and I was a few days late. They charged a late fee, which I wasn't surprised about. What I was surprised about was the difficulty in dealing with them to get it removed. I called and even though I explained I got lost in the transition a bit they refused to remove it. I asked to be escalated to their supervisor who did decide to remove it. I set up auto pay that day. Auto pay didn't fire the next month because their system set me up for 4 days after the bill was due for whatever reason. I suppose because that was the day I had paid the previous month. As soon as I got a notification that the rent was due (this was over the holidays) I called in and asked them why I had late fees when I set up auto billing. It was then that I discovered the auto billing system set me up for a few days after the due date, which would incur late fees. I tried to explain this to them and they still refuse to remove $125 in late fees, even though I called them the day I noticed the late fee. The refusal to even understand the situation was most frustrating. It felt like a money grab. Now, that's just billing issues, which aren't huge in and of themselves. The real issue is the customer service and how they deal with residents when it comes to these issues and (potentially) other issues as well. Pre transition to the new management company, the staff was incredibly nice and always friendly and helpful. When the transition happened I walked in to get a package and asked them a question about the transition and received a relatively curt response. I remember thinking that this particular team might be difficult to deal with in the future. This experience confirmed that. I felt like the person who called me (can't remember her name) was pretty defensive and not understanding at all. She kept telling me that it was in my lease and there was nothing she could do. Pretty disappointing for a resident who is in good standing and is just trying to pay their rent on time. I asked to be escalated to her supervisor and she said I could call corporate. I had to press and she finally gave me the name of the person who she reported to. She did provide an email but wouldn't provide a phone (not sure whether she just couldn't or wouldn't). We'll see if my next interaction is any different. If it is, I'll come back and update my review more than likely. Also, if you're considering renting here, I would look up "Bam Management Group Carmel IN" on Google. As of this writing, they are a 2.7 star rating on Google and there is a reason why. It wouldn't surprise me if this is the reason. 97% of these 5 star reviews you've seen for Flats at Fishers were before this transition happened and now there is a new team place. It wouldn't surprise me if that's where Flats at Fishers is heading. Who knows."

"Even though we were rushed...we had a great tour. They have their ordinal units, q5 to 10 yrs old and their newly refurbished units. Lot of the upscale amenities you would expect. Great staff and did an excellent job on the tour. Strongly considered this location."

"My husband and I lived here for 4 years and we loved it. We only moved because our family grew and we needed more space. The maintenance team is amazing and any issues (all minor) were quickly resolved. We will miss it!"
