"Location and apartment is great! love the workers here always nice and helpful. Near my job and easy to get around to other places. Grocery store down the street and lots of restaurants right here to pick from. Recommend to everyone looking to rent that wants a high end place to come home to."

"This is what you come home to daily- trash cans overflowing, TV’s that don’t work in the workout room & TV’s in the clubhouse not working, coffee machine not working, elevators broke constantly, ice machine in club house not working, residents that are not screened properly that cause trouble & the list goes on. 3 different management teams in 3 years & now on to our 4th. They say luxury living but very far from that. Only thing this place has going for it is the location. Nothing else!!"

"I have been looking at the Mark and Dani Hutchens has been my rental liaison. She has truly been amazing at every turn. She is knowledgeable in the best way. She knows her limits and will tell me that she needs to get me the answer to my question if she doesn’t know the answer. She is so responsive. She is pleasant, even when I bother her with yet another question. She checks in on my decision but not obsessively so. She has an intuition for what I want/like and goes out of her way to anticipate my needs based on location and size. She is a five star employee."

"The location is fantastic - I've lived here for about three years and used to love it, but that's becoming increasingly difficult. Nearly every amenity has diminished in quality since JVM acquired the building, with prices increasing. I wouldn't be surprised if some McDonald's locations have lower attrition rates. The staff here are constantly changing. It seems the only time property staff walk the building is in search of issuing trash violation fines. They'll never take proactive steps to maintain the property - like putting in maintenance orders for spilled coffee on the walls or cleaning mud-ridden floors outside the third-party cleaning company's schedule. Expect the coffee machine to be out of order around 20% of the time or in disarray from lack of cleaning. Expect the trash cans in dog waste stations to be overflowing weekly and often out of plastic bags (meaning you'll have to walk to another one to find some). Many residents allow their dogs to go in courtyards, balconies, and hallways. Obviously, they're in the wrong for this, but sometimes it's days before someone cleans it. Expect the pool to be loud, overcrowded, and sometimes unsafe. Last year the water was green for around a week. This year, it was closed for a few days because of imbalanced chemicals; the city apparently had to be notified. I added a few pictures to demonstrate the quality of maintenance around the building. One of the pictures with missing baseboards and unpatched drywall has been like that since January or February. The other pictures indicate how the walls look around most of the building - expect to see paint streaks and roller marks everywhere. Not what I'd personally consider "luxury living." No one cares to maintain anything around here, which is sad, considering this used to be a great property. It's still a convenient area, and that certainly counts for something. I'd be happy to update my review if there are ever improvements in the future."

"I'd give 6 stars if I could, maybe more. The Mark at Fishers District is a fantastic place to live, and I HIGHLY recommend this complex and the surrounding area if you're looking to stay in Fishers. I have never stayed at an apartment complex where I've never had a single issue. The building is clean, the office staff I've encountered are friendly and hard-working, and parking is fantastic. (Thank you Erika and Tiffany!) You really get what you pay for, hands down. The events The Mark has, even for the winter time, is fun and they really have a sense of community. The Mark is pet friendly as well! And I never notice or smell an animal, this place is incredibly hygienic. Look no further, this is the place to be!"
