"Great apartment community. It has almost a resort type of feel to it, as it is close to walking trails and downtown Fishers amenities. Very pet friendly. The office staff is great as well, as well as the maintenance crew!"

"Had my catalytic converter stolen from the complex lot and management did not seem interested. Outdated appliances, they always mow the lawn early in the morning which is fun when you just want to sleep after working a 14 hour shift. Overall it’s an average apartment that costs way too much for what it is. Maintenance team is great but that’s it. Also there are 2 pools but only one is ever open at any given time. They also raise the rent every year while doing nothing to justify it in terms of updating the place. Downstairs neighbor had mold and she had to fight tooth and nail to get someone from the office to actually do something about it. Do not live here."
"The whole application and move in process was great! The staff is super friendly and helpful! (Especially Julie). The apartments are modern, clean and spacious. Given all the amenities and the quality of the apartments, the rent is a good price. I love my new washer and dryer. The whole indoor and outdoor environment is very aesthetically pleasing :)"
