"So my security company booked this place last minute after our Airbnb fell out with no heat and from the start gus has been just phenomenal! He's been extremely understanding about our situation and has went farther than every hotel I have ever gotten while traveling! 3 stars nah if you love amazing customer service talk to gus 5 stars just in hospitality from him! I can't express how important it is for me to feel just so welcomed when I come to the hotel from a long shift. This hotel does it!!! Will always book this hotel when in Indy for events."

"Very disappointing hotel, typically Best Westerns are great places to stay but not this one especially for the price. One of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed in for multiple reasons including but not limited to: -Terrible breakfast (tried several days) - a few items of very poor quality ie dried out eggs, sour milk, coffee always empty but when asked staff to refill it was basically water despite being labeled 100% Columbian -Very poor service, rude when we requested additional towels (3 very small towels in our room for 3 females who stayed 5 days) -Hotel older and in need of repairs/updates -$3.00 for an 8oz bottle of poor quality water"

"I wasn’t very familiar with Best Western hotels at first. When I walked onto this property the first thing that struck my eye is its cleanliness. Starting with the lobby, to the breakfast area and moving my way up to the rooms. I toured this hotel, looked at all available room types, the rooms are very spacious compared to most hotel rooms and I’m not even going to start with the bathrooms, on how big and spacious they are. When you see the bathtubs and the jacuzzi rooms and the size, the size and I mean just the amount of space you get, I have not yet seen a bathroom this size in a hotel thus far. I am again, going to mention the cleanliness of this hotel, the rooms and I mean every single room I walked into it left me with nothing but an Awe! At most hotels when you first walk into a room you sense the smell of a “hotel room”. I felt amazed from the moment I walked into each room. It just drove me to nothing but more, I want to see more. The spacious living room space to the huge amount of bathroom area to your bedroom is breathtaking. The hotel provides rooms with and or without kitchenette’s depending on the guest’s needs. And last but not least; The staff, I encountered with are very friendly people, very observant of their property which made me feel safe and at ease nothing at the same time very friendly, caring and knowledgeable people. The meeting space itself is a perfect amount of space anywhere from hosting Corporate meetings events to Showers and etc., Come and see it for yourself, you will not be disappointed!"

"Do Not Go!! First room they gave us was incredibly stinky, they moved us to a different room after. The next morning we found out that they never gave back the credit card at check in and spent more then 2000$ Again do not go here. The front desk lady refused to give CCTV footage and acted incredibly suspicious. Again, do not book here!"
