"The property is beautiful in the summertime and the grounds are kept up. The office staff, I forget all the names but honestly I enjoy them all whenever I see them. The maintenance staff is friendly and pleasant to say hi to. Nothing is perfect anyway but SunLake is pretty darn close. They inform us of need be and I love the notification when food trucks are coming!! Any issues I have are renters that are disrespectful by not picking up poop, even though there are poop bags and cans everywhere and not even throwing trash bags behind the doors and leave large items even though there's a sign right there. They may need signs with different languages, because it is a diverse community, which I think is great. They need cameras where they can get license plate numbers. I think if enough people get charged for what their dumping, they would stop."

"Love this community. Staff is great, maintenance is timely when needed. The landscape is well maintained. Conveniently located to the YMCA, and Nickel Plate walking trail. The manager is great and very personal and friendly."

Jacki and Kelly are always ready to help. The community is well kept. They care about us residents and work hard to keep the community clean and beautiful. Lastly, the location this the best. "I originally moved in in 2017 in which I thought this would be a short term lease. However, after getting to know the maintenance crew and the staff plus the quality of the living quarters, I have decided to stay here because I can't think of any other place I would rather live. I'm completely content and happy, and I have no plans on moving anytime soon. As a matter of fact, if I were ever to move. "After 10 yrs, of residency at Sunlake it's obvious I enjoy living here. The office staff is friendly and always eager to help with any issues I might have. The maintenance crew is a GREAT group of guys who are experienced in their work and always have a smile to share. The property is well maintained and I love the natural setting of mature trees and foliage. Unlike so many apartment complexes in this area, Sunlake sits off of the main road and is snuggled back in its own little cove allowing greater privacy. I would definitely recommend Sunlake Apartments as a place to call home."
