My family has had a bad year my father has been in the hospital twice and my older sister 4 times . This time not only is she septic (from the surgeon's botched work). I was grieving with my family and forgot I had an appointment . I called later to explain. I was told I was kicked out of the office . These people have no sympathy what so ever. Just in it for the money, like the rest of Deaconess."
