"Several residents without ac throughout the summer and several battling to attempt to get heat in the winter. The landlords hire people (not businesses) with no checks for insurance & insist that things get "fixed" for as cheaply as possible. There are holes covered with tarp on the roof that have been there for MONTHS and YEARS. There are units that have collapsed ceilings from water damage. Live anywhere else. There's a reason the rent is so cheap. DO NOT DO IT. i have not been a resident nor will I ever be. Im not just a mad move out. I'm trying to warn everyone DO NOT DO IT."

"Haven’t received my deposit and rent money back they made me pay my rent twice one month and I never received my deposit back so that’s over 1,000 I’m owed and I moved to another city 3 hours away and no on has gotten back with me about my money it’s against the law for one. I just want my money because I’m going to have to call the police and bring them with me when I visit the office with all my rent records and transactions and copy of lease DONT LEAVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT APARTMENTS ARE TRASH AS WELL MINE WAS HORRIBLE NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED"

"I was helping my sister move out. Only had 5 hrs to do it in. Still has to pack things up. Not sure how we managed to do it cuz over half of our allotted amount of time already gone out the window, we still managed to get it all out into the U•haul truck in an hr &a half."

"These apartments are not worth the low price. When I moved in I paid up front for the damage deposit, the remaining week of the current month, and the next month's rent. When I was shown the room, the past tenants belongings were still present, and the room filthy. I told the manager I did not need to move in until the start of the next month and would appreciate the room being cleaned before I arrived. I paid roughly $180 for that week that I did not live in the apartment. I gave him that week to clean it. When I got there to begin moving my stuff in, the room was in the exact same condition, except there were unfinished drinks in the fridge and it newly smelled of cigarettes. There were cigarette butts in the toilet. I spent 8 hours cleaning the apartment and removing the past tenant's items. When I called and complained, he offered to take $50 off of next month's rent. I was annoyed but at a loss so I took what I could get. Over the course of the next 5 months, management changed three times. Nobody is ever in the office to collect rent money and the second it is late they leave an eviction notice on your door and charge crazy late fees. Finally, my apartment was broken into and after filing the police report, I called the owner and never heard from him at all. These apartments are filled with the kind of people you don't want to live around. The owner/management only care about yielding as much profit with as little effort as possible. They are slums. You will see needles scattered around. Your car will be vandalized. The doors can easily be broken. The deadbolts do not extend fully into the door frame. Yellow/brown residue drips from the ceilings. Good luck to anybody who intends to reside here."
