"If you want no privacy come here seems like they just let anybody move there regardless how they act an wld see kids playing in th hallways outside residence doors so u would open ur door an run right into a group of random kids cause there parents never watch them an gotta deal with them yelling an banging on doors an once u make a complaint they won’t done anything about it an have zero privacy even going to your car cause you also have people hanging out late out night an let there kids tamper with your vehicle an seems like nobody in the office would do anything about it or if ur stuff gets stolen an know the people who did"

"Income based; a 1/3 of your income plus electric and gas. They don't have carpet, I really don't like that idea. Also my bedroom gets kinda breezy in the winter. Other than that it's not bad. Love the rent amount. They are very nice here. I have no complaints."
