"RUN FAR AWAY! I am a travel medical assistant who thought renting here would be great for the weekends when I am home. My mother comes 3 days a week to clean my house while I am gone and they are sending an eviction because I’m “never home” and “subleasing” my unit. neither are true. i’ve lived here not even 2 months. They are not transparent about rent prices, the office ladies are nosey, and don’t ever think about entertaining people. The pool is never open either. They will look for any and every way to lie to you."
"This place is a joke. they raise rent every year. My ceiling constantly leaked from them having the back doors replaced. The ceiling ended up bowing down from the damage. Maintenance half the time seems clueless. You get charged ridiculous fees. I was charged 160.00 for them to remove wall decals that just peeled off. Don't waste your time here. There's much better places!"
