"I've been legitimately calling for availability for two weeks, no answer. Left two voicemails, no response. Drove there three times, no one in office. Just tried to call again, and whoever runs the phone just answered and auto hung up. Talk about not knowing how to run a business smh"

"@ 1st it was a nice place, till the last 3years they have become tiresome, no one on site, office is just a guess if it's open, maintenance is virtually non existent, the buildings paint is peeling, don't complain or you will be harassed,privacy don't expect any. I could go on, let's just say till the owners change "manager/maintenance contractor" DO NOT Rent @ Mount Concord Apartments."
"I lived here for two years during my time in Kokomo. These apartments are wonderful. The new management is kind, helpful, and absolutely dedicated to making Concord Square a great place to live. Rent is affordable, the apartments are spacious, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. They are pet friendly and there is a park located behind the property within walking distance to take your dog. Maintenance is helpful and quick to respond (as long as you go through the maintenance request form so they have a record of the issue). The property is also raised up on a small hill, so when Indiana has those crazy rainstorms that bring flood warnings along with them, you'll be set! Honestly, I would have been lost in Kokomo without Concord Square. it is a wonderful place to rent and I can't speak highly enough of it. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't regret it."
