"Way overpriced for what you get. Rent does not include water & wifi; you will be required to pay a flat fee regardless if you use it or not, but those charges are extra added to your rent. The paint is cheap and doesn't cover anything, gutters need cleaned constantly, plan on cleaning your siding and doors, there are wires coming out of the ground, nails coming out of the shudders, & plan on doing your own yard work & snow removal. The positives are great neighbors (until we all move because we can't afford it ), the current staff on the property, and quiet for the most part. They do have quiet hours from 10pm-8am."

"Generally a nice place to live. Unfortunately, the property manager (Naikia) is extremely hard to get a hold of. Whenever you call, there’s an answering service, and the answering service usually takes a message and should pass along the information. However, a majority of the time, you will not get a call back. I had circumstances that led me to break my lease early. I asked in email what the total was, and was told a number. I then checked the ledger the following week through the Trail View resident portal and it was $300 more than what I initially was told! I called and miraculously it was the property manager and not the answering service, she explained the charges and although I wasn’t happy about them, I was prepared to pay them. She then argued that I got an email I never got with the final total due. I never got that email until the following day. That email even had a different amount from what was on the ledger, and what I was told in email! I sent a cashiers check with the initial amount due because hey, who knows how much I really owed at that point and emailed Naikia, that I received the email the following day (even though she insisted I had it all along). I’ve been waiting to hear back from her if I truly owe any more for a couple weeks now. I’ve called and again the answering service is all I got…it’s been extremely frustrating."
