"I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all in order to rate them. They deserve 0 stars. I could go on all day about the problems I’ve experienced that they refuse to take accountability for. It started instantly after I moved in. Had no hot water. Had to put a new water heater in. A month after I moved in, some neighborhood kids kicked in my back door for fun and took it off the hinges. Shortly after that, my shed was broken into and they didn’t replace the handle for like 6 months. My toilet broke one night and water was everywhere. Took 24 hrs to get anyone to come look at it. She specifically told me it wasn’t an emergency. Now, a neighborhood dog has attacked my son, leaving us with multiple hospital visits, and they refuse to take accountability for any of it. The property manager is partial and biased. She only follows the rules for certain ppl. Save yourself a lot of headaches and trouble, and don’t move out here. It’s the worst decision you’ll ever make, I promise that. After speaking to several residents close by me, I’m not the only one who feels this way. I’m apparently just not afraid to speak out."

"I’ve been a resident since October and management has been great. Anything that has broke has been fixed promptly. The other residents in my area are respectful of each other."
"They continue to raise the rent without making any cosmetic changes to the apartments. This place is not worth what they charge you especially since the main office barely knows what's going on most of the time."
"Charge you for everything. Replace carpets even when nothing wrong with them, apartments are out dated and not worth the money they ask for."
