"THIS PLACE SUCKS... COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ROOMS AND THEY SMELL AND THE BATH WATER SMELLS... TERRIBLE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ON THE SECOND VISIT.... Come one time it's great come back the second time and it smells it's got mold, musty mildew the shower when you turn on the shower, it smells like mold. I don't know what happened and why the other room was nicer, but these are garbage and they cost the same price and the front desk guy is an idiot. I'm so sick by the smell in the bed. I feel feel like I'm gonna throw up I mean I'm literally I feel like I'm gonna vomit. This place is awful. Don't ever come here. There's no one to help me no management no no housekeepers just one guy at the front desk. He doesn't know anything and he's not nice. He's very defensive. It's ridiculous."

"Some of the reviews I read on here had me wondering if this was a different hotel. The hotel I stayed at is unrecognizable in many of these reviews. The hotel is under renovation, but you can see that as soon as you walk in. If you don't like staying somewhere that is being renovated, get a different hotel. But even with the renovations, there was no noticeable dirt, dust, or debris. I walked into my room and it smelled fresh & clean. It was fresh and clean! The staff was awesome! I was there for 4 nights so I met several of them. All were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Not homemade, but it was good and warm tasty meal. Waffles, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, bagels, cold cereals, etc... It's a great hotel to stay at."

"Hot water didn’t work first day and management didn’t believe me until next morning with 5 more complaints from other guests . Place is being remodeled on third floor, first and second floor had dirty floors. Old stains on pull out sofa mattress and the two other beds are full size - not even close to queen size. It was the least expensive and you get what you pay for. Next time I won’t be choosing this brand."

"The place is clearly in the beginning stages of a renovation so it is what it is. People can be such crybabies. I decided to stay here to give them a shot after staying next door a few times when in town for work. Room was huge and the breakfast was better than expected. It was quiet and I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. I normally just take showers but decided to relax."

"Staff was the best part of the stay. The rooms are old so don't except much but I believe there will be a renovation at some point soon. Bring shower shoes I did not want to step in the bathroom without them. We didn't bother with the pullout because it looked old and smelled musty. If you're local you can't stay here. They will allow you to book but will not accept any local residents. There are much nicer places to stay in the same area."
