"When a customer pay for a facial as listed in your website we expect full 45 minute time for facial. Mine got done under 25 minutes and still charged in full amount. I have the checking time and checkout recorded and it took only 24mintues in total. As a valuable member I am not happy with the service you provided and you are loosing 1 member and a customer."
"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I signed up for a cyrofacial package. Got the 1st one that day. The next 2 they cancelled within 20 minutes of the appointment. They send a confirmation a day before and tell you that if you don't show there will be a 50% charge. It takes me more than 20 minutes to get there. I told them I want my money back and want to cancel the membership since they can't provide the services and don't follow their own guidelines. They refused. They offered me 1 free facial. Why would I want a free facial when they can't even provide me with the services that I paid for. I asked to speak to the owner the manager refused. Told me she would tell me the same thing. I have disputed with my credit card company. If necessary this will become a small claims court case. The owner just responded that everyone else was so understanding when their employee went into early labor what about the appointment before this one when you cancelled the appointment because your equipment didn't work. That is 2 appointments in a row after the 1st initial appointment that you have cancelled at the last minute. You are responsible to provide staff and equipment at your place of business."
