"One pro- semi clean… I looked for help and the workers just pointed in a direction if they even acknowledged me at all. I asked about allergies and components of makeup and they did not know, which is understandable but disappointing. They seem to be out of stock more often too."
"Great place to shop for skin care products. This has been my go-to for stocking stuffers. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful, especially if you are looking for recommendations. If you are here for Christmas shopping, try to come early or on off hours, otherwise it can get crowded. Plenty of parking out front, and great fast food options in the plaza."

"This location is always clean & the staff at this location is always very welcoming greet you when you walk in & ask often if there’s anything they can help you find. Always tell you the points you have to redeem as a reminder before checkout & always check that you’ve activated any point multipliers so you’re getting your extra points for your free money. Getting the credit card in the store is nice too because you get 20% off your first purchase with nothing excluded when you get the card. This location typically has Dyson too which is nice. Testers are always fresh & clean & available to use. Play stations always stocked with makeup remover & tools to use for testers which is also nice. Plenty of knowledge associates to color match foundations for you or help with skincare routines & more. They are always willing to order you what you need too if they don’t have it in store & ship it to your house completely free! I highly recommended this carmel store on greyhound pass."
