"I recently moved to the area and needed a new hairstylist and saw that this place had good reviews. I went in asking for baby lights to keep my hair dimensional and subtle as I was getting married a few months later. I ended up with this brassy, chunky mess and there are visibly sections where the blonde missed a strand of hair. I reached out to the hairdresser asking her to fix it and she added more blonde and used a toner then charged me to correct her mistakes. This cost me over $300 with a different salon to try to correct but I will still need another session to completely fix the mess I was left with here. I don’t usually leave reviews but I am still so upset and wish I had never even touched my hair.."
