Sundial Condos by Vacasa

"Sundial A3 was NOT any where what we expected by the Pic that I researched. Did NOT match at all. 10 people is NO way going to fit. We had 7 adults . Nothing was comfortable at all. We got there at 2 in the morning. Went to turn on the light the switch plate was missing. We were lucky that no one missed the switches and got ahold of wires . Upon entering the condo there were roaches. . Couldn't open the damn patio door unless u had one person pulling the bottom another pulling the the top and holding the lock switch to open. The beach view was only if u stood up on the balcony and hung over the side, the carpet was filthy, return unit had black moldy nasty dirt all over it. Washer was nasty. Called the company at 2 in the morning and asked about a relocation because of the roaches . We were asked if there was roach spray under the sink. Really . The manager of the unit did show up late n the day while we had to stay there to wait on him resulting in a lost day at the beach. We managed to get moved at 330 that afternoon , still had issues with parking passes one that cost us 36$ was told we were going to be towed had to wait hours for someone to bring us the 2 passes so someone in our party had to stay at the condo and wait again. The condo we were moved to was across a 4 lane highway NOT ON THE BEACH had to pay to go to Johnsons Beach because some of our party could NOT walk that far to get to the beach . the condo was not as much money as the roach motel , and we asked for some kind of reimbursement to compensate our lost days on the beach and the difference in price . They said no that we were relocated. . If you work as hard as we do all year to have a week at the beach DO NO STAY AT THE ROACH MOTEL. SUNDIAL A3."

"It's very clean.walk right out to the beach and the pool.woyld Def stay here again.vur no light in the elevator and it was broken down yesterday. But only 2 flights of stairs, so I'm good with that."

"F2...dirty pull out bed that has a mattress with too thin mattress, and all you could feel were the bars and wires. The hall bathroom shower was absolutely too small. Noise from the upstairs unit was so bad that our vacation was greatly disrupted. Parking is a joke, and our tire was slashed by the people in the upstairs unit. Yes, we have proof. This place is not worth your money. Will not be back or recommending to anyone."
