"Just finished staying 5 nights for our 3rd consecutive year. We love this hotel, it’s always clean, they give us great rooms with beautiful view of the gulf, beds are very comfy, housekeeping keeps us stocked up on supplies, and excellent beach access. Staff and owner is always super friendly and accommodating. We will be back again next year"
"Upon arriving the lady at the check in counter had our room details wrong and had us staying in a street view room. She attempted to get me to pay more money for an upgrade to an ocean view when that is what I had already paid for. She was a bit condescending but agreed to "upgrade us" when I showed her my travel details from the booking through my credit card that showed an ocean view room was what was purchased. The room was nice enough, the view was great. There was a small crack in the cabinetry and the "kitchenette" was sticked with very few things - the only silverware were two spoons and one butter knife. The first morning a man from house keeping just let himself into the room uninvited which was uncomfortable. I requested a knife and never received one. Over all the property seemed in disrepair. The carpets outside the room were filthy, the outside showers were broken, the luggage carts had flat tires, the elevator was terrifying and the glass of one the the doors to the pool house was completely shattered. I know its the off season but come on. What was good: great view, comfortable beds, soft sheets, clean pool and hot tubs. I dont feel like it was worth what we paid."
"Very nice atmosphere. Rooms are great. Reasonably priced. This was our second visit. Staff is great and accommodating. The restaurant for breakfast was good. Access to the beach was good, easy. I work in hospitality so I have a different perspective perhaps than most guests. Will keep coming back when I am in the area."
