"We had a blast. I went for work for the week and family came with. They loved the beach and the condo was amazing. Huge balcony. The pool was a little disappointing being only 3ft deep total. Overall had a great time and would love to go back. $35 to park each vehicle, bring cash."
"Advertised as having private beach access. Does NOT. By the time you get from your room to the beach, you've walked 3 blocks. And the last is all sand. Manager, Randy is rude and very unprofessional."
"Nice condo complex close beach access, across the street. Make sure once you get checked into your unit to put your parking pass on your dash. They are strict about the parking. Pool and hot tub are on the 2nd floor. Balconies are nice and large. Great police presence patrol on street and beach."
"Great location, very well maintained. Located right across from the beach. Maybe a five minute walk. We always enjoy our stays there. 2 miles from the hangout. The beach is not super crowded because it’s mostly houses in the area. Hidden gem!"
"Stayed in 907. The condo itself was in very poor quality. Bathroom door was hanging from hinges when we first got there. Sloppy paint jobs room to room, the whole thing was very sub par considering the amount of money we paid. Not to mention we couldn't get into our condo till 5 pm on a Saturday, and had to be checked out by next Saturday by 10 am! Moreover, they couldn't even tell us for sure if the check in time was accurate so we were past 5 pm by the time we actually got access. As for the Sanibel itself, the elevators themselves do not work hardly ever. Most of our stay only one worked and the previous stay back in 2019 it was the same ordeal as well. The security is more concerned with guests leaving towels over a railing than they are people blaring music and acting like complete inbreds. This has definitely become a unfriendly place for families. Save your money and go elsewhere....That's the best advice I can give anyone."
