"It's been a long time since we were there. We're staying in the Cozy Cottage in Gulf Shores just down the street from Gulf Village. The Gulf Village was a great place to stay, and hopefully we will be back there again."
"Rented a unit 2 years ago… immediately knew the moment I stepped on the so called balcony that displayed one plastic chair and entered the unit I was not even going to bring my luggage in. Reeked of cigarette smoke, rust inside the fridge, linens were stained and even wet. This was at 11:00 o’clock at night after driving 12 hours didn’t care if I had to sleep in my truck I was not staying here. I finally got in touch with management and actually the lady was nice and did give me full refund. I checked into hotel for the night and found a nice condo unit elsewhere."
"Stayed with some friends for one night as they are staying a full 7 nights. Nice place easy to find and parking was easy. Had second floor unit. Nicely kept. Location to the beach was ideal. Cute little patio area outside of the rooms. Swimming pool was clean and convenient I didn't go in because spent time at the beach and in the water. Overall pleasant place to stay."
"Our rented condo was very clean. Grounds and common areas very well kept. Staff we saw were polite and respectful. Maintenance person was very nice. Even though the pool is an old concrete one, it is very clean and clear. Pool deck and chairs were nice. Most of parking lot is shaded."
