"Great stay, clean rooms. Hot hot water for a shower. Pets can stay with no extra fee. Talked to Brandy..General manager. She was very nice and accommodating. Coffee in the lobby. The room has fridge and microwave. No breakfast. Not sure why they get such a bad review from some. This place is great for the price. Felt safe here. Only a few minutes over the bridge to the beach. Would definitely stay here again."
"Staff was very friendly, minutes car ride away form the beach, I walked one day but would not reccomend, Hotel room was services twice in a 3 night stay and rooms where clean, noticed that the bathroom did not get cleaned when room got serviced but overall easy and quick check in process."
"I have never been in a hotel room where they don’t clean the rooms floors. The floors are nasty and feel like they have never need cleaned and while we are staying there they knocked on the door and told us they had to take the AC unit out to clean it, and “had to do it now”. Can’t they wait until we check out tomorrow! Ridiculous"
"We stayed here the end of Sept. We attended a wedding. We arrived on Friday and checked out Monday .About two hours after we left to go home I realized I left my hearing aids in the room. I called and spoke to the front desk. I offered to cash app funds to have them shipped home and was told it's no problem we ship things all the time. It's been almost a month and I'm still begging for my hearing aids. I've been told they were shipped out three different times and days. Any suggestions on what I can do to get them back. I live five hours away and I don't have a car."
"Amazing location, we were so close to everything, I didn't ask her name but the lady in the office was incredibly nice she wrote the wifi on the room key envelope for easy finding, she gave us extra towels when asked. I think I bothered her 4-5 times but she never acted like I bothered was very nice each time. Rooms were hotel rooms beds were a little hard but the AC was great. Pool was clean when we went."
