"I moved in a couple days ago and so far it’s been very good. I had a major appliance not working and they fixed it within a few hours. I’m very happy with their response. The building access doors need to be worked on. It’s known issue that they are malfunctioning. You basically have to yank the door open regardless if you have an access card. They appear broken and need to be changed to something that works. I’ve read several reviews mentioning this and am not sure why it hasn’t been addressed. Residents are paying a lot of money and the doors should work properly. Fix it!!!!"

"The application of the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment went smoothly and quick. The apartment come with brand new kitchen and appliance like washer and dryer ( all works great) and the swimming pool and gym are clean ! The area feels very safe and super convenience as it’s walking distance to supermarket and lots of store like Tjmaxx and Home Depot etc. Management office staff Kayla is very professional and when we inform the office that our bathroom shower water is not warm they immediately send help to adjust the temperature for us ! However we find it weird that for a 2 bedroom apartment the management only provided us with one building access card so when one family member went to work the others cannot go in and out of the building nor access the gym or mail room ! I found this strange as we are willing to pay for an extra key card and ask if we can find somewhere to duplicate on our own but go NO and NO for both question! We have lived in multiple cities and all our buildings that we lived in the past always happy to order an extra key access card for tenant as long as we paid. Plus i am sure the management know where these key card can be copied so I don’t understand why they make it inconvenient for tenant to access their rental building by restricting only one key card per household! I hope the owner can consider changing this , it is extra source income if them want to charge a service fee to order these I am sure many tenant wouldn’t mind to pay for the extra card."

"Regret moving here. My unit was not clean when I moved in - there was dirt everywhere including floors, appliances, drawers, cabinets, etc. It took the complex over three months to finish the garages near my building when they said it would only be a couple weeks when I signed my lease. I had to ask multiple times for them to clean the dirt out of it and it still isn’t very clean. The garages aren’t even finished (no drywall) and there are nails sticking out everywhere from the poor quality construction. It’s unbelievable that they charge $150 per month for them. The door to access my building didn’t work for almost four months and staff had known about this issue since the first day it didn’t work. They wouldn’t replace the card reader apparently and just expected you to walk to the other end of the building all the time. Didn’t work since beginning of June and finally got fixed in October. At a first glance, the apartment seems nice and new but after living in it it’s clear it’s cheap and poorly made. You can hear everything people in unit above you are doing. Also, there is not enough parking for all the residents in front of the buildings so if you don’t have an overpriced garage, you won’t get a spot near your building at night. They only checked parking tags during the day on weekdays which makes no sense since there’s few people here. Will not be resigning here and don’t recommend it."

"Beautiful, clean, modern apartments. Balcony view is amazing from our location. Love the amenities! Vickie and Melissa have been wonderful throughout. I've called Ms. Vickie a few times with questions I had and her personality is always amazing. The building we are in has been peaceful and comfortable. It is still an apartment so it's not perfectly silent as if you were in a single family home, but we haven't had any problems or issues with hearing loud noises. I like the secured access entry into the buildings and the interior hallways give a resort type of feel. The apartment is bigger than it looked when it was empty so we do not feel like we are closed in. The complex is within a short drive to anything you could want yet not directly on the main road so traffic noise is minimum. I honestly look forward to coming home after work every day."

He did an amazing job. He gave me a timeframe to completely resolve my issue. He represents all qualities every skilled professional should have.
