"You don’t want to live here. Yes, it’s a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of children that like to run around at times but peaceful. The building itself is a mess. They don’t remodel, they don’t repair without charging you $75 minimum when someone comes out, they now charge for having your trash collected from the garbage by the city and for mowing the grass. Btw, they usually let the grass get sky high before they mow it. I promise you’ll find plenty of bugs. Roaches seem to infest for a while. Not everyone lives as clean as others so yeah you’ll have issues. You’ll have problems with the apartment itself, mine had windows that would not open. NONE OF THEM. And it was upstairs. Soooo if a fire broke and I couldnt get to the front door, I’d have to break a window to get out. Closet doors fall off easy and they send the CHEAPEST contractor they can find. Since being their rent has gone from $650 to $850, WITH NO PERKS. No renovation, no fixing up anything, they claim to have a swimming pool, ain’t seen a soul near it. Usually there’s only someone in the office in the afternoons too. If you do have a request or choose to be charged $75 to get something fixed, it’s going to take them forever to send someone. I’m just saying, I know times are hard, and this is still “cheap” considering the price raises, but consider the fact that they are taxing residents with very little concern or care of even the property itself. You can do better somewhere else."

"Terrible service, bad air quality, roaches everywhere and rent keeps getting higher even in the apartments that haven't been remodeled yet. Unless you're absolutly desperate please find somewhere else to live. The neighbors can be really distasteful too."

"Cute little neighborhood. Mostly all easy going people. Management is very nice and friendly. Not really a quiet area anymore though. Loud techno polka party's are now a daily/nightly thing. I like the area, I miss the quiet."

"Management is poor they have their family members working for them on these apartments and none of them seem to be able to fix anything. It's took them literally 3 times to come out before they realized we needed a new toilet. My fiancé car got broken in and they seemed the least concern. And lastly a month before our lease is up we get a rat and she tell us she gone bring us some sticky pads and will prolly have to wait it out because it took a month to get one out of the leasing office. And they track mub whenever they come fix something. This was the worst mistake ever and my family and I will never scoop this low again. #TheMadisonWinterPark"
