"Beautiful units. With that being said I had an extremely hard time getting anyone to answer questions after I was approached by a agent that worked in their office. He contacted to let me know about the available units in Phase2(I had an application from an earlier time) he brought me in, after I resubmitted everything he and the manager required. I was lead to believe that I would get the unit. I sent numerous letters, a tenant letter from my manager at my current housing(I have lived there over 13 yrs) I spoke to him and the manager several times, and he lead me to believe that everything had to go through Pennrose override for final approval. This after continually sending him proof of everything I had to get approved. When it was time to check on the status again-he gave me the run around and then he left his employment. I spoke to someone @Phase 1 office who said he was a temporary employee(despite the fact he was given approval to do everything in that office) and because of that she couldn't tell me what happened to my application process. Then I received a quick reject and no mention of this employee who she said they were not responsible for the leases he submitted. Despite me asking her to please look into it further. Because temporary employees are given the same access as other's he was acting under their company rules-he was in constant contact with the manager(I spoke with her also). I have never been treated so badly by a company/or their employees. I wanted to be able to move to a senior place to leave regular apartment living to young people who like constant noise. This place was perfect for me. I am sorry it didn't work out. I my experience is just that, mine. For all the good reviews, there is always; another side."

"This is a new fantastic mixed income living community. They are working on phase II at this writing. It has a nice clubhouse and is very quiet."
