"I applied and paid the 50$ application fee. Then had to pay a 200-250$ administrative fee. They took awhile to get back to me and I was told I didn’t make enough money to be approved and that I’d get my administration fee back but never did. Called multiple times to ask about it and I was told that I was approved but my application was canceled? Still haven’t received my administration fee back and it’s been months."

"I've lived here about 4 months. The staff is great, the common areas are well taken care of and I have no problems with my neighbors. They do cool food trucks and community events from time to time. Any time I report an issue it is IMMEDIATELY responded too. I will probably stay here a couple years."
