"Maintenance people are great! They have responded and fixed everything that has been a problem."
"We’ve lived here all of a month and we’ve had stuff stollen from us twice already. Most recently my husband’s car was broken into last night. My son has witnessed other children just having sex in the parking lot and stairwells at 7:30 in the evening. It’s no wonder they require you to get renters insurance and have security. The security obviously isn’t worth a thing. And when I was assured that they require renters insurance but theft wasn’t an issue that was obviously a lie. Whatever you do, don’t pay them anything with a check. They will lose it for weeks and not even tell you."
"Went through a rough move between counties and this place was our saving grace. It's not as rowdy as other review suggest and the loudest time of day is when all the children walk to the bus stop. Good ac and heat, the only negative is our move in date was moved so that they could paint and renovate, turned out to be a positive."
"I am rating them 2 stars because they processed my application & got me approved LOL. Besides that this place is the creeps, don't even waste $ on the app fee because it really ain worth it. Roaches galore, never had a problem with the pesty darn things til I moved here dey need 2 gut these things out & do some renovation. They have the potential to be OK if dey upgrade, my air went out & it was 100 degrees outside dey had nerve tell me it may b tomar b4 dey come. Nawl hell I couldn't wait fa tomar wen my rent was due not 2 mention not being able sleep fa d heavy feet folks on top of me. If ik I was renting from the Bates Motel I wood have never applied. The mgr was OK with working with my move in issues but service is horrible."
"It was ok when I moved in except for the roaches! I signed up for pest control but never got it! I had to be my own pest control! I've been here almost a year and I'm not resigning a lease! They have security over here now but it's not much help because I still come home and find lil children at my stairs smoking weed! Also the neighbors throw trash all in the breezeway and urinating on the ground! It's just nasty and I'm sick of it! And I also smell weed inside my house from the vents of other apartments and I don't smoke and my son has asthma! Good luck on whoever wants to move out here!"
