"If I could give these place a 0 out of 10 I would. They have rats, mold, and roaches and will not do anything about either of them. I have contacted the office and they will not do a thing about any of it. I actually had a disagreement with someone in the office about the Cook’s people coming into my apartment. I was told that it was required for them to come by and spray when I know it is not. When I reported my rat issue months ago nothing was done they only came by and put out traps but made sure to note that I had some already in place. That still does not excuse the rats that I hear walking around in my walls. Parking is horrible as well and the maintenance and Raynell are piss poor people who do not care about anybody but themselves. Signed an unhappy resident"
"Quite for the most part, clean parking lot, the second floor apartment we visited had obvious sagging in the floor so probably foundation issues in the building."

"Parking is ridiculous cars are constantly getting dinged, the bug guy never sprays as often as he's supposed too, people in the parking lot late with loud music and drinking,pet policy that is not enforced animals are supposed to be under 25lbs and cleaned up after yet people walk their pitbulls and let them defacate In the lot with out cleaning up so watch your step on the way to your car"
"Only visited a dear friend for a week, but my time there was amazing. No noise from other residents, great looking place. Mind the hump entering the parking lot if your car rides low."
