"I lived here for a little over 2 years, two separate times. This is a very well kept and quiet community. Management is very helpful and responsive. The units are a little dated like every other place in Tuscaloosa, but they are spacious and reasonably priced compared to other 1 bedroom units. My only other cons are that they don’t offer 2 bedroom units and parking can be a nightmare on the weekends. However, I would stay here again and would recommend to any single person or couple."
"DO NOT APPLY (SCAMMERS). I was interested in this place bacause of these reviews I read in the 1st place. I viewed an apartment that I liked. made an application and paid the fee when it first came out for viewing, I tried to get in touch with the leasing office (CHRISTINA) so many times but she kept ignoring my calls, stalling and never got back to me, but eveantually she picked up and told me the apartment that I'm interested in has been leased to someone else just two days before I was ready to pay rent and move-in, I think its messed up and dishonorable that she kept me on hold all this time while not interested in leasing me something I want. Apparently she leases to whomever she wants and screw up whomever she wants. FYI I have a perfect credit score and no criminal history."

"Mannnnnnnnnn when I tell you it’s been a blessing living here. I been here since 2016. I was living in my car and they had 6 people in front of me to move in but they was soo generous they moved me in ahead of everyone and I thank them for it. It’s quiet in the area definitely around the office part but hey you would love living here. Sooo tell everyone the place to live is valley square. Let Cristina know that shawn Mcgee sent you over"
