"We were looking for a place to live when we move to Tuscaloosa and we ultimately chose this property. They were in the beginning stages of making it into a gated community, which is always a plus. The apartment that we toured ended up being fully renovated and everything had a nice open layout. I may update this review later to reflect our personal experience with the place after we've moved in. But all in all this place is in a good location far enough off the road or you don't really hear people flooring it up and down skyland boulevard and it's within proximity of both Walmarts in Tuscaloosa. You have easy access to get to the highways. And the only real problem I have with it is the rent is way too high. They also require that you have a high enough credit score, a 650, so if you are looking to rent make sure you meet that criteria. Be prepared to pay almost $1,000 a month though. Update: I'm reducing the rating on this place simply because they aren't living up to their agreement with maintenance. They have an emergency line and no one ever shows up when anything breaks after hours. We've had numerous water leaks and had problems with air conditioning and heating and nobody ever responds to the emergency after hours maintenance tickets."
"I been living here about 3 years now. They don't fixed anything that's broken. They don't keep up the maintenance in this apartment complex. Since I been here there been 3 office managers. I have tried to contact the onsite manager and she'll not return any phone calls or answer the phone. They never in the office. This has become the worst place to live. They have went up on the rent with no amenities or improvements to these apartments. I know people have move into these apartments without cleaning, painting and providing a comfortable place to call home. No park for the kids or pool."
"Worst place every to live... I been here three years and every summer I have a major water leak from my a/c.. They never can keep a landlord because they all quit smh ... The maintenance guys are no good ."
"I wouldn't suggest this apartment complex to anyone. The grass is never cut trash is everywhere and everyone in the complex air conditioner is going out one by one because they haven't ordered new units for the complex. phone service sucks for AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon."
