"Lady I'm trying to rent from, said a week ago, she would call back the following day, when my paperwork/evaluation was over. I waited, but no phone call. So, I called her today and she wouldn't let me get in a word edgewise. Each time I'd open my mouth to speak, she would interrupt. She said my paperwork/evaluation still isn't over. Then, she basically told me not to call anymore, to wait for her phone call, and then hung up. Wow."

"I had to call JHA for a client at work and the lady who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful. She transferred me to another lady who was also extremely disrespectful. These women did not want to believe anything I was saying and were not helpful at all. I hope to get my client out of there and to a better, safer location with polite and respectful owners / workers."
