When i called them they were rude and told me it was new out of the box and suggested it was are fault. They picked it up and never contacted me about it but still charge my card. I want a refund since i never even got to use the dryer"

We have rented numerous items always had a great experience not this time. All i asked for was a sort of credit or discount something for the damages never even returned my call. Thanks. It works well besides cosmetic damages so i guess im good. But it wasnt right on your part."
