"Room has great beds super comfy it was clean except some hair in the bath tub. Pretty noisy at 7 am with the cleaning people going through. Overall a good place to stay close to the highway."

"Friendly service but the manager freaked out that we weren't out at 11:10 am instead of at eleven. I told him my brother had terminal cancer and it took a little longer to get him out and my brother was kept awake a good part of the night cause a small group of people people were drinking and being noisy outside his room making it hard to sleep but he just kept saying how much it cost him to keep the maid later to clean cause of us being late. I get it but I didn't appreciate the continual brow beating outside my sick brother's room. It is what it is."

"So my daughter and I stayed here for the foothills festival. I am a vendor. On our second night my 8 yr old daughter had an accident in the bed. I did what I thought to be the right thing apologized for the accident and let them know it happened. The Mgr said I would have to pay to have the sheets cleaned. I said as long as it’s not a ridiculous amount I was ok with that and paid for another nights stay. After I paid and left to go to work at the festival. I received a call from the mgr where I was informed that there was a water proof mattress protector on the bed but that I would still be required to pay $250 to clean the sheets. I told him that was excessive I could purchase multiple sets of sheets for that amount. But that I would not be able to pay him $250 to launder the sheets. The mgr let me know he was locking me out of the room that I had just paid for, for another night. I spoke with choice hotels and it was suggested that I call the police to get my things as he shouldn’t be locking me out of the room. The festival ended around 11pm and we had to pack up our tent before returning to the hotel. We arrived around midnight, I tried the door and it was in fact locked. The police came he, still refused to open the door. Pressed charges for theft still refuse to open the door. Finally around 2am he lets me in the room to get mine and my daughters things. After I left he charged my card $250 dollars and put me on a do not rent list. I drove for over an hr before I found a hotel that would allow me to get a room. All because a child had an accident in the bed that had a mattress protector. No damage to anything and no mess left behind."

"The office manager helped me on the phone to find the location. He was patient and gave good directions. When we arrived he diligently worked to see if we qualified for a discount. We did.The room was adequate for sleep and a clean bathroom. The night was quiet and we were on the first floor. The morning breakfast needs some attention. But all in all, I’d recommend it."
