Woodland Villas Apartments

"I have been living here for 3 months now. It is such a nice,safe and friendly area. Me and my children are very happy and comfortable here. The staff has been great. The property manager Gee has always been so nice and kind about any concern I have had since day 1. Also anytime I have needed something in my apartment fixed it has been handled promptly. My son rides his bike around the apartments and he had spoke with Johnny about helping him with the seat of his bike. A few days later my son was outside with his bike and Johnny checked back in with my son to make sure his bike was still right and offered his help again if needed. It was so nice that he remembered him and offered additional help. I would recommend living here to anyone."

"Well your not getting the issues fixed with bugs that are biting us. We know it’s not bed bugs or fleas. It’s been almost 2 years now. It’s a long story and I won’t go into all of it but needless to say it’s not resolved. I’ve been patient and he I’ve been kind.Although, the area is safe the apartment by far from being comfortable. Loosing sleep, and no matter where we are in the apartment we get bit. The issue started at the other apartment we lived In here. I have never been so uncomfortable dishearteby the way things have been handled. From being insulted by staff to living miserable 24 7. We would move but that not something we should have to do nor do we have the option due to lack of vacancies in the area. I was told something that I was highly offended by. Basically saying not paying the rent and spamming emails well not fix the issue. I’ve been very upset but what was said and no one deserves that kind of treatment. My son also saw 4 roaches within a 24 hours. One on the stove , 2 on our love seat and he felt something crawling on him on the couch and it was a roach. This is not a healthy environment. I’m going to be getting in touch with the BBB and the people who govern apartment complexes.last night.why do you think so many people are moving out. It’s because of y’all saying newly rent renovated apartments and they are not and the rent has went up so high that it’s not affordable for a lot of people and issues are not getting resolved.This has never been a 5 star experience. It’s a long way from that. I have voiced my concerns for 2 years but yet nothing has been resolved on the issue. A 5 star experience? Not at all. Get some people in here that take the tenant issues seriously and get them resolved. Like I said , and you wonder why so many tenants are moving out. Black mold is an issue now."

"Could not ask or expect any better. Absolutely amazing and awesome G, Joe and Tyler have been so helpful and amazing and have been there Everytime I have been to the office with questions. I move in Monday and am so excited. Nice place and very nice people."

"Trina, the office manager is great very easy to talk to and helps whenever you need something done! So thankful she took a chance on me two years ago! Anytime I had a maintenance issues she was always quick to answer and to get someone to my apartment asap. I lived at the bluff apartments and the apartments were really nice I 10 out of 10 recommend these apartments it’s a great place to call home!"
