"Nice comfortable bed .large room with a sofa .big tv.friendly staff.heatingbsystem worked well. Heating system was quiet. Breakfast was good Plenty of parking great views.helpful desk clerk."
"Hated using the 800 number to make reservations - person was not well spoken and was not an American. Asked to speak to someone who could speak better English and he refused to comply. He also stated the room was $88 and with tax and other charges, the total was over $150.00! Told him to cancel my reservation- that I would try to call the hotel’s location. Finally ended up making reservation online. Only the name of Comfort Inn, the Brand name, kept me from calling another Hotel chain. The person who checked us in, James Casey, was kind and professional and apologized for the issues we had with the 800 number person. The hallway and room we stayed in were atrocious! I took pictures if you are interested. The ceiling on the floor where we stayed were open in several places , with insulation on the floor. Our room had ceiling stains, holes were in walls where shelves/pictures (?) had been hung. In bathroom where facial tissue was supposed to be , looked like someone had started tearing it out of the wall and changed their mind. I was too tired to find another motel and it was dark which I cannot drive after it gets dark. I was so very disappointed, because I have never stayed in a Comfort Inn that was so horrid."
"It was actually very nice.bed was comfortable,plenty of hot water, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good,especially the coffee The tv and Internet worked well too and the area is overall very nice"
"Decent. A little old but the beds were comfortable and the customer service was good. Breakfast was just ok. Biscuits were hard and eggs were dry. The sausage and gravy were good. Overall good stay. Just needs a little more attention with the facilities and breakfast."
"It was pretty nice for the price. Clean, helpful staff, decent beds, and a good standard Continental breakfast. It is a little outdated but still more than acceptable. I would definitely stay again."
