Hampton Inn Jasper

"Once I got settled in my room and bed, I noticed something moving out of the corner of my eye. I moved the pillow around and lo and behold multiple bed bugs crawled out from the pillows and sheets. These were visibly seen with the naked eye!!! And no I didn’t stay!"

"I happened upon this place while I was on the road I got the last room in the entire hotel It was kind of a mess It looks like they were working on different sections. The gym is closed the pool was closed, etc.. The rooms were kind of stinky Hopefully they will get this place up back in operation soon Hilton supposedly says that if anything is wrong and not working, they will give you credit but that is not the case If they are working on something that just goes out the window I guess I stay in Hilton all the time, they charge me more on this one because they didn’t have any rooms They charge me $275 for one night :-) What a rip off I was never offered any credits nor discounts… I never ask for credits, discounts or the like I am a diamond member, and I have never asked for even an upgrade. I only get them when they offer, which is rare. I do appreciate staying at Hilton’s because they are convenient and I love the Garden Inns because they have food, a gym a pool I’m not blaming the manager They were absolutely full as I stated But $275 :-)"

"Avoid this place. The Holiday Inn is next door and is much nicer. The hotel lacked cleanliness and was in a general state of disrepair. The elevator was completely trashed and hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. My room was old and beaten down with a leaky shower and dirt stained tiles. The carpet was a dirty crunchy gross combination. It smelled bad in the elevator, in the hallway, and in my room. The walls were paper thin and I could hear my neighbor’s conversation like it was my own. Finally, the fitness center was unclean, smelled bad, and small. I checked out early and moved across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn, which was much cleaner. The one bright spot was that the woman who checked me in was extremely nice."

"My husband and I stayed 1 night at this Hampton Inn and I have to say we have never left any of the Hampton Inn's thinking what happen to this franchise. If this was our first experience we would never be back. I understand they have been doing alot of maientance work,we could see the white dust all in the elevator. Our toilet wouldn't flush, rooms could use a better cleaning.No soap in our room and we went downstairs to use the bathroom and they were out of toilet paper. The breakfast was very good. I normally don't say anything but Jasper Hampton Inn needs to set up there game. Thank you. ML"
