I love the discordant events that the offer every month to bring residents together. Couldn't ask for a better team of support staff in Emma, Kayla, Summer and Mr Gerald! They are the best I've ever worked with. Thank you!"

"I’ve lived here for a year now. It’s been nothing but a great experience so far. Everyone is always friendly from the staff, maintenance and neighbors. It’s very quiet, safe and peaceful out here. The property is clean and well maintained and each time a request for maintenance has been sent, they’ve been very quick to repair the issues. The saying is, “you get what you pay for” and that’s true here. Rent isn’t crazy expensive for what comes with the place… one floor living, garage, gym, pool, computer lab, clubhouse and dog park and since it sets off the road, you hardly ever hear any traffic. Definitely renewing my lease here for another year!"

"Amazing place to move your family in. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The front office hosts many activities and events for each holiday! My daughter’s favorite treat was getting an Easter basket and Chic-Fil-A breakfast to kick off the Easter weekend! They always find new ways to create a positive community for all resident."

"Beacon Place was really nice a few years ago but went down since two years with Quality and Customer Service. We and many of our neighbors are not feeling valued and heard. We felt discriminated by the employees looks whenever we had a complain and something was not working. They have a huge ant problem where tenants try to take care by themselves with poisoning the ant hills - be careful with your dogs! We pressure washed our walkway and the porch by our own since it looked completely dark and dirty with the time. Also there is no flexibility and almost non support to leave the contract. Make sure you don’t trust the word and search by your own for new tenants to take over the lease. But with the change of the Management recently, they might get better hopefully."

"I moved into Beacon Place in May of 2022. I was disappointed that I had to pay a non-refundable cleaning fee of $500 upon moving in only to find the place completely dirty. I thought that it would only be fair for the apartment manager to refund me the cleaning fee since I had to clean the place up. However, I was told that is not their policy and I spent my first 3 days in Alabama cleaning the place. For a high end apartment I would expect much more. I would not recommend this place.
