"Don’t live there. In the first 10 days my daughter has lived there the air has been out for 5 during this heat wave. The wifi was out for the first 5 days. Worst run place ever."
"We left the apartment in better condition than we received it and they are trying to charge us the previous residents carpet damages. They are also charging us over $100 to fill four screw holes on a wall from a mounted TV. We I asked to speak to a manager above the property level I got a TON of attitude and was told they don’t allow that. The ceiling fan was broken since move in and I personally told the office about (they claim they have no record) and an internet alarm would continually go off in the closet which they said they fixed but yet when I was there at move out it going off. Stay away from Lark and Scion as a company. There are far more professional students housing companies out there."
"This was my first apartment experience, and honestly it couldn’t have been with a greater place! Moving into and apartment for the first time is always a little scary, but the staff and management at Lark have been nothing short of amazing. They are all so friendly and accommodating and are often holding get-togethers and giving out food and treats! Michael, the general manager, is so responsive and understanding to any and all circumstances revolving the complex, and his kindness is so appreciated. The amenities are also a huge perk to living here: the gym is huge, the pool area is BEAUTIFUL and perfect for fun events, big or small, the clubhouse itself is very modern and a nice place to hang out, and the office area has really nice study rooms and free printing! Not to mention everything is always kept clean and in working order. I have loved living here the past year, and I am so sad to leave this great community at the end of the term. I’m gonna miss it!"
