"At first the Management was okay it wasn't their best they barley came to fix stuff but through out the time it has gotten better and also by changing the staff has helped out , by what it is now has been the best work of them so far."

"I wish I could give zero! Anything more than one star was created by management. The city clearly doesn’t care about this place because there is no reason why these apartment/townhomes should be available for actual living! The buildings are falling apart. Toilets don’t work. Front and back doors don’t close, even when locked! Lazy office staff. Every single one of them should be fired. It’s not like they are sitting there looking pretty, they’re not even doing that! Audacity is what this property management has. Asking for all this money, monthly, but can’t even fix the basic repairs that are needed to live somewhat comfortably! Staff is rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, even if you have to look for more affordable housing, look somewhere else. On a scale of 1-10, this place is hell. Move in at your own risk. You have been warned."

"Oof. So this is a hard one. The people in the office seemed really nice during the tour and leading up to my move-in date. They were especially helpful and seemed excited for us to move in. Well the DAY BEFORE I was supposed to move in I was called and told that the unit was not ready. This is incredibly unprofessional as I had already paid a deposit AND set up power in my unit. So I asked, "Next week then?". Their response: "Oh no should be before that!". Well the next week came along and still no new move-in information. Today marks two weeks since I was told I could MOVE-IN! Intermittent calls were made to check the move-in status. NOTHING! I don't work in a leasing office but I would think if you hired a company to do something to a unit so that someone could move in, and they couldn't do it, I'd probably just hire a different company. Especially if you knew a month in advance that a tenant was moving into that unit. They simply do not care. I wish I would've read the reviews a little closer before I decided to pay the applicant's fee, as well as the deposit. That was a major oversight on my part and I admit fault for that. I'm very lucky that I was shown their true colors before I was able to move in. PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews on an apartment before you decide to move forward. The 1.5 star rating should be enough to deter people from trying to lease here. There are plenty of 4+ star apartment complexes in the Tuscaloosa area! P.S. : It's hard to tell if the office folk are being nice or covering their butt!!"

"the worst place to live is at Country Club apartment. you put in work orders and Gwen Ford the property manager refuse to fixed any thing in your apartment. when you try to leave the complex she will give you a bad reference so you can't go anywhere else the owners aloud the this to remain in charge of this property. If any complex wants to teacher property manager how to lie under oath call Qwen Ford the property manager she will teach you how to do ."

"When I first moved out here these apartments were great. Shortly after the apartments were sold and management changed multiple times. I have been resubmitting there same work orders from then until now with no resolution. I am constantly told that someone will come and they don’t show up. Or if they do the issue is half fixed and they don’t return. Or they show up, look at it, and do nothing. I am constantly asked to be patient and told they’re working on it only to have issues never be resolved. I spoke with the manager about water leaking into my breaker box causing a burning smell ( that’s what the maintenance man said he thought it was). The manager told me she would get with him and they would get it fixed. I never heard anything else. There is always an excuse as to why I have to wait, the maintenance man is busy, he has to work on getting the move-ins ready. Shouldn’t you be taking care of the people that already live here and are paying rent? I loved living here when I first moved in almost 3 years ago. Now I hate it. The grass is rarely ever cut and there is always trash everywhere."
