"I lived here for 4 years. There were 2 shootings in the complex, huge roaches that would show up, and every neighbor that moved upstairs was HORRIBLE. Also, the walls are super thin so you will have no privacy."
"Don't live here unless you have no choice. I've lived here a little over a year now, and maintenance and office staff are terrible at responding to legitimate issues when they're reported. I emailed a list of issues I noticed around the apartment upon moving in, only half of which actually got fixed while the other half (part of which included water damage in the master bedroom) were completely ignored. I have other stories regarding the lack of care given by the people who work here, but long story short, stay away!"
"Nice size apartments and ours had updated flooring. Cabinets are very old and have not been repainted or taken care of in any way before they moved us in. I love that they added a dog park, but unfortunately it’s not well maintained and the entire thing is made of mud. The landscaping around the front office is nice, however around the apartments the grass grows into a rainforest before they ever have it cut. It’s difficult to get a response from the front office via email. Apartment door numbers and building numbers do not match so it can be very difficult for people to find. Security is always nearby and quick to respond if needed. The pool is a great size and well kept. Maintenance is always on top of things, I’ve never had to wait longer than 24 hours to have something fixed. Office staff is friendly and helpful when you can get a hold of them. Rent price is fair. Overall it’s a great and easy place to live!"
"I lived here for three years and had a great experience. The landlord Brandi, the teams in office, on maintenance, landscaping, security, and pest control are very responsive, professional, and kind. Rarely had an issue with anything. With all things, some imperfections come like an aged floor that squeaks or a nearby train. However, just like all things, with time we get more used to the forces outside of our control. These apartments are very nice and this establishment takes care of its properly and tenants. The pricing is affordable and, overall, I very much enjoyed the stay. Thank you, dearly."
