"Since moving into my loft at 2700 Capitol Park in Tuscaloosa, I consider it the best move I’ve ever made. My loft have plenty of space and contains all the modern conveniences in appliances, lighting, etc. The many safety features in the loft, and throughout the Neighborhood makes me feel very safe and secure. All of the common amenities are very modern, and they are kept in A-1 condition. The 2700 Capitol Park community is very quiet, and my neighbors are all very friendly. As a retired educator, I appreciate that very much, as well as the friendliness and respect shown by all management and staff. The management team is very competent, knowledgeable, and helpful in so many ways. Maintenance requests have always been handled promptly and very satisfactorily. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are very efficient in taking care of the neighborhood. I plan to spend the rest of my life on this earth at 2700 Capitol Park Lofts in Tuscaloosa. The management and staff team has, and continue to make this community an enjoyable place to live. Recently, I had three major maintenance issues solved by the team in three business days. All to my satisfaction. Kudos to management and staff for all you do. You are a great team."

"I moved into this apartment complex when it first opened and continued to live there for 6+ years until I relocated. Loved the layout of the apartment, the amenities, and the location. The management and maintenance staff were always friendly and any repairs were taken care of quickly. The only downside was the poor noise insulation from the neighbors. But I would still recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area. Loved my time there!"

"2700 Capitol Park is a gem in Tuscaloosa. As a resident, you can expect that the standards of cleanliness, maintenance, community respect will remain high. The location is hard to beat. The building is close to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. The staff go above and beyond to ensure clear and effective communication, and they care about the residents (which can be hard to find in rental properties). The amenities are as wonderful as they look online. I could not have asked for a better experience!"

"I absolutely love this place. My apartment is beautiful, the building and parking is secure and the location is great. I can walk my dog to though Capitol Park or straight to the river walk. It's a quieter location for downtown. Maintenance is prompt but probably my favorite part is the customer service. They are quick to respond and handle everything when I need it. I definitely recommend."

"I began looking for an apartment about the time 2700 Capitol Park was completing construction in 2014. As a retired public school teacher, I was not looking to move into what virtually might be a UA dormitory, but the office staff said that while there was a mix of students and young professionals, most of the students were graduate students. There were also a few retirees. I moved in right away. I love the location downtown. I put gas in my car about once a month now. From my balcony, I can see the stage at The Amphitheater, so I have enjoyed several shows from my balcony seat and if there is a show I don’t care about, I can close my balcony door and not be bothered by the noise. Speaking of noise, 2700 Capitol Park is the quietest apartment building I’ve ever lived in. There are a lot of dogs in the building, but I have never heard one barking when I’m in my apartment, and my neighbors are very considerate. The pool deck with grills and a fire pit, the exercise room, the party rooms with multiple TVs and WiFi enhance the experience. One of my favorite features is the parking deck. I enjoy being able to walk to and from my car without getting rained on and it’s nice to know that when I get in my car it hasn’t been baking in the hot sun all day. I have lived here for almost 4 years and there has been the occasional maintenance issue, but a call to the office staff downstairs has always led to a quick resolution. So, pleasant surroundings, considerate neighbors, friendly and efficient staff…I like calling 2700 Capitol Park my home."
