"I would like to start off by saying the staff that work on site of this establishment are amazing, but if you have any questions that go above them you are in for a terrible experience, and upper management is little no help. The on site staff keep the property looking amazing and I ask they put cameras around their building. Also want give a special thanks to Abby and Anna they are always there when you need them."

"Unfortunately, since living in the High River complex, our crazy downstairs neighbor has been yelling and noisy every day and every night, day, night, midnight and whenever she is awake. She is always smoking. Also, when our upstairs neighbor walk in his apartment especially in the middle of the night or very early morning, there is a lot of noise in our apartment. Due to the wooden structure of the building, in addition to the sound of the wood creaking, our unit also shakes a lot. Therefore, almost most nights we cannot have a good sleep and we also wake up with our neighbors. These issues have had a negative impact on our daily performance, because we do not have enough sleep at night. I raised these matters with the internal manager of the complex several times, but she just smiles and says we will follow up with the issues but you should not expect a short time solution! I am living there for 7 months and I am pretty sure they do not do anything up to the end of the lease! In conclusion, I do not recommend living at High River at all, they are only looking for monthly rent, they don't care about issues, they don't care about cleaning the corridors and in general they have practically no responsibility towards you after signing the contract."

"Our time at High River has been great. Emily and the maintenance guys do a fantastic job - they are responsive, professional, and friendly. We have been so spoiled by the spacious living room, bedrooms, and master closet, as well as a new in-unit washer and dryer set. The size of the kitchen is wonderful, and while some appliances may be ready for an update, everything has worked seamlessly for us. We also love the pool and are so impressed by how well it is kept up. Additionally, this pet-friendly home has been a great place to welcome our first four-legged family member. We wish we could take this apartment with us when we move out of Tuscaloosa!"

"These apartment homes are absolutely fabulous!! My partner and I had been looking all over town for that just right apartment for us to start our lives together in. As soon as the property manager gave us a tour of these apartments, both me and my partner were in love! The price is great for us, the floor plans were nicely laid out, as if it kind of “flowed” naturally. We loved the fire place!! We were both sold on it! The property manager did his job SO WELL and accommodated to our needs, as if he knew exactly what we were searching for!! Thank you so much for the help of me and my partner getting settled into a home together we’re we can start our lives!"

"I am sad to say that I will be leaving high river to downsize to a one bedroom apartment . During my time here I have had nothing but great experiences . My first leasing managers were Morgan and Victoria and let me say they have by far been the best management staff I have ever dealt with. Over the past couple of months Emily took over and she as well has been extraordinary! If you love pets they are very pet friendly (I don’t own a pet) and it is a quiet neighborhood. There are no gates but there is no need because there is always an officer or security on site . I highly recommend for young professionals or adults who like to be close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood with good views of the lake from a trail nearby ."
